IPM Generation are delighted to announce that fashion designer and co-founder of Red or Dead, Wayne Hemingway MBE will be speaking at our first event, sponsored by Sky in September.
As well as having developed an international fashion brand from a small market stall, Wayne has spent 30 years in design, including a role as Director of the Fashion Council, chaired a housing body and also started a festival from scratch – Vintage of Goodwood.
Wayne will be discussing his past projects and from where and how he has found inspiration in everyday life. It’s these new ideas, fresh thinking and innovations that promotional marketing thrives on, and this event is designed to inspire anyone and everyone in the industry. From brand managers and client services to graphic designers, print managers, receptionists and copywriters, the industry we work in generates an enormous amount of creative work each year, from concepts left on the studio floor to direct mail posted through doors. Where do we get our creativity and innovation from? How do we ensure that the output in the marketing industry doesn’t become stagnant?
Come to The Book Club in Shoreditch on Wednesday 21st September to hear Wayne Hemingway explain about how creative inspiration is all around us.
