We offer a world-renowned programme of professional education. This has been designed specifically for promotional marketers who are involved in creating marketing communications that change behaviour.
The delivery of these communications can be through broadcast TV and radio, print, direct marketing, ambient media, online, mobile, interactive marketing, experiential and in-store, as well as through more traditional sales promotion channels such as on-pack. We also offer professional education for those active in employee and channel motivation programmes.
To complement our professional education courses, we have recently launched a range of ‘soft skills’ courses, on topics such as handling procurement, pitching and writing briefs.
Finally, we run a large number of very popular networking events, ranging from our regular Chairman’s Dinners through to purely social sporting competitions such as football and netball and quiz evenings.
All of the Institute of Promotional Marketing’s products and services are available to anyone, whether the company they work for is a member or not. However, member companies get significant benefits, in terms of discounts on all of our services and events.
There are two levels of membership, Full Rate and Reduced Rate, which is for companies with a turnover of less than £1m.
