Fundamentals of Motivation

This one-day course can be used as an initial 'intensive introduction' the Motivation industry and an excellent introduction to the more detailed IPM Incentive & Motivation Diploma.
Aim of the Course
To immerse delegates in the motivation industry for a day, to give them a broad understanding of the sorts of programmes being run today and the key issues and constraints that affect them. Case studies will be used throughout to illustrate different types of programmes and the results that can be achieved.
Who the Course is designed for
The content will be general enough to be appropriate whatever your sector or specialisation, so candidates can be expected from agencies, clients, suppliers and HR. The only pre-requisite will be an active interest in, or direct responsibility for, how staff or sales people are engaged, motivated and rewarded.

The course is a combination of informal seminars and workshops covering all the basic elements of employee motivation in an interesting and engaging way. Use will be made throughout of interactive voting technology to promote engagement, illustrate points and gain feedback from delegates.
