SEAT challenges creatives to design accessories for new Mii car to win one

SEAT has partnered with Talenthouse, the online global creative network for artists, to offer emerging creatives the chance to design exclusive accessories that will go in to production in every SEAT Mii by Mango, the brand’s new limited edition city car developed in collaboration with celebrated fashion house Mango. The winning designer will have their accessory go into production in every SEAT Mii by Mango and will also win one of the cars for themselves. Five additional designers will be awarded a Mango wardrobe valued at €500. SEAT’s partnership with Talenthouse is aimed at attracting high quality new creative talent and positioning the car credibly to its target audience of fashion-conscious young women. Talenthouse’s global platform ensures that thousands of conversations will take place across social networks and give those entering their designs an opportunity to have their work seen by a global audience. The SEAT Mii by Mango is a city car inspired by the theme 'an urban car for the city girl': fashionable on the inside and stylish on the outside. Aspiring designers will be encouraged to use this theme and create accessories with an original, chic design. The car featured prominently at this month's 080 Barcelona Fashion event (which aims to turn Barcelona into a benchmark for creativity, fashion and design) with SEAT inviting fashion bloggers and lifestyle press to the reveal before they showed it to the traditional motor industry, in a move to establish their credentials with key fashion influencers and emerging design talent.
