Capri-Sun and Rio 2 fans offered chance to win family holiday

Capri-Sun and Coca-Cola Enterprises have launched a partnership with Twentieth Century Fox’s upcoming Easter release Rio 2 to create an on pack promotion offering fans the opportunity to say a genuine ‘Thanks Mum’ by winning a family holiday, The pan-European campaign is offering UK consumers the chance to win a trip to Rio, while European consumers are being offered a trip to London as the main prize. The promotion has been backed with a dedicated online platform promoting Capri-Sun alongside the upcoming Rio 2 movie release. In addition to the holiday competition, consumers are able to play an interactive game, watch the Rio 2 trailer and download activity sheets for additional fun. The film is in UK cinemas from April 4th 2014. The competition is open until July 31st 2014. Ian Benton, associate director, European stills portfolio, Coca Cola Enterprises, says: “This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for us to partner with two of the most successful film corporations and animation studios in the world and as a result we wanted a campaign that demonstrates how well our brands complement each other through our values.” The campaign was created for CCE by BD Network, the UK’s largest independent integrated creative agency and a long-term partner of CCE/ Capri Sun.
