Shloer teams up with Drisp’n Dry and Trex for Sunday lunch promo

Leading adult soft drinks brand Shloer has extended its ‘Enjoy Sunday Lunch’ campaign, launched by celebrity chef Phil Vickery last autumn, by teaming up with Crisp’n Dry cooking oil and vegetable fat brand Trex to promote a spring on-pack promotion offering £10,000-worth of Pyrex cookware and £1,000-worth of shopping vouchers as prizes. Two and a half million 1-litre and 2-litre bottles of Crisp ‘n Dry, the UK’s best-selling cooking oil brand, and half a million 500g packs of Trex are featuring ‘Enjoy Sunday Lunch’ promotional labels, each with a unique code. Consumers are directed to the www.enjoysundaylunch.co.uk website to see if they have won a prize. Both brands are also running additional competitions offering branded cookware and free samples on their websites which link entrants through to the www.enjoysundaylunch.co.uk website. Amanda Grabham, head of brand marketing – Shloer, says: “Spring is an ideal time to be promoting brands associated with Sunday lunch as Mother’s Day, Easter and the Spring and May Day Bank Holidays all present perfect opportunities for families to get together to enjoy a Sunday roast.
