The Great Loyalty Debate

Clive Humby, co-founder of consumer analysis company dunnhumby and the architect of the Tesco Clubcard, is the keynote speaker at The Great Loyalty Debate, a morning event being organised by loyalty specialists Hive. Other speakers include Steve Mader, digital retail insights director for Kantar Retail EMEA, a leading expert on eCommerce and multi-channel retailing, who will be talking about what loyalty will look like in 2020 in a digital world. The event is taking place at BAFTA in Central London’s Piccadilly and runs from 9.00am to 1.00pm on Friday October 3. Admittance is by ticket only: qualifying marketers from brand owners will get free tickets, with a charge of £100 for anyone who does not qualify but is interested in coming.
