Wolf Brand Experience appoints community & social media manager

Newly-formed agency Wolf Brand Experience, part of The Big Kick Group, has hired Ashleigh O’Connell to curate its online community and manage the social media operations for the agency. O’Connell, who has previously worked at PR agencies Grayling and Taylor Herring, will play a key role in the development of Wolf’s Consumer Community. This community was a key component of The Lounge Group’s working process prior to its merger with Evoke and Ampp to form Wolf. The Community, now known as the Wolf Community, is made up of 2,500 consumers across all demographics and is used by the agency to develop insights that inform the creative solution. The agency then uses the Community to future-proof any ideas it may present. The Social Media role at Wolf is central to the amplification of the experiential activities that the agency creates for its clients. One of the key platforms of Wolf’s proposition is to ensure that every consumer that becomes immersed in a brand experience Wolf creates for its clients then shares that experience with their own social network. O’Connell’s appointment is part of the ongoing investment in the business to ensure it delivers on this commitment. Clive Mishon, chairman of Wolf, says: “The merging of 3 businesses to create Wolf was just the beginning of the investment.
