Shloer Tesco-exclusive Halloween party jug offer

Shloer, Britain’s biggest-selling adult soft drinks brand, has teamed up with Tesco to offer consumers an exclusive instant-redemption Halloween promotional pack offering a free 1.4-litre party pitcher with bottles of Shloer Berry Punch. The punch jugs are packaged along with 750ml bottles of Shloer in eye-catching promotional wrappers with the front of packs boldly displaying ‘PARTY JUG’ and ‘Perfect for sharing!’ flashes, along with firework-style graphics. The jugs themselves feature measures suggesting quantities of Shloer, ice and fruit to make the perfect punch. Retailing at a Recommended Retail Price of £2.25, WIGIG (‘When It’s Gone, It’s Gone’) added value promotional packs will be displayed on-shelf in the Halloween and Bonfire Night seasonal aisle from October 7 2014. Amanda Grabham, head of marketing – soft drinks at Shloer brand owner SHS Drinks, says: “As Shloer is grape-based, consumers see it as the no-alcohol wine-alternative and it’s the brand that they choose when they are socialising. This is a message and an association we’ve been reinforcing through our ‘Shloer – here’s to good times’ marketing campaign.” Shloer is the No.1 adult soft drinks brand in GB take home and accounts for almost one in every three (32%) of all bottles of adult soft drinks sold in the take home market in Britain, according to Nielsen figures.
