Corporate Innovations has recruited Danny Burchell to join its team in the newly-created role of creative director. Burchell has worked with a range of household brands during the past two decades in a senior capacity at agencies and companies including Lowe, Brayleino, Saatchi & Saatchi, Haymarket Media Group, Dyson and, most recently, Virgin Active. His brief will be to lead Corporate Innovations’ creative team and interpret clients’ strategic intent and brand DNA before translating this into practical creative responses across the brand’s customer touch points. David Watt, managing director of Corporate Innovations, says: “Danny’s appointment is crucial to our future direction. It reflects a desire to attract and recruit the best talent available to our business. Danny’s CV is awash with great names – many iconic in our business.” The CI Group, which owns Corporate Innovations, recently acquired brand marketing agency Roundtable. CI Group now consists of two companies, Corporate Innovations and Roundtable, which are complementary and which together will provide a full service marketing communications offering. Corporate Innovations will continue to provide below-the-line experiential, events, reward, promotional and shopper activations across B2C and B2B, in both analogue and digital mediums.
