Coral re-launches ‘A Christmas Coral’ consumer campaign

Coral Interactive today re-launches its ‘A Christmas Coral’ campaign, first run a year ago in partnership with Red Letter Days for Business. Every day from December 1 2014 until December 25 2014, customers who play with Coral will be entered into a prize draw to win one of 125 prizes on offer. Coral Interactive, the online branch of bookmaker Coral Group UK, first launched ‘A Christmas Coral’ in 2013 to drive customer acquisition and loyalty in the run up to the Christmas period. Every day for 25 days up until Christmas Day, five customers were awarded with prizes fulfilled by Red Letter Days for Business, including experience days, high street vouchers, gifts, and holidays to Brazil, Las Vegas, New York and Disneyland Paris. The campaign saw an active player increase of 261% in 2013. Red Letter Days for Business, the reward and incentive experts from Red Letter Days, has today announced it will be working with Paul Haynes, Coral casino and games promotions manager, says: “The campaign resulted in us seeing a turnover increase of 59% for the game Casino and a 108% turnover increase for the game Poker. Christmas is an important time of year for us and with the stellar results and customer feedback we felt impelled to re-visit ‘A Christmas Coral’ for 2014.” Alongside the campaign, Coral and Red Letter Days for Business have been working together on an affiliate programme. For every product bought by a Coral customer as a result of clicking on the Red Letter Days icon on its website, Coral receives 13% of the value.
