Halfords launches #31FitterDays campaign

Halfords has launched a Facebook campaign, #31FitterDays, encouraging people to get more active. The #31FitterDays Facebook Hub will host a range of #31FitterDays content including articles, videos, photos and blog posts from four consumers who will be posting updates on their progress as they follow a fitness regime created by our personal trainer Mo Jabbar. There are also #31FitterDays plans for beginner and intermediate level, plus a Facebook competition giving fans a chance to win a Fitness Package worth over £500. Halfords #31FitterDays exercise plan has been developed by Mo Jabbar, a qualified personal trainer and certified nutritionist. He will be sharing his top fitness tips with us every week on the Facebook/HalfordsUK page. Each day will feature a choice of exercises for participants to complete. This could be a walk, a bike ride or a set of stretches. The idea is that by working their way through the plan people should start to notice a real improvement to their fitness levels. Four contestants, Heather, Charlotte, James and Esme, will be working through their fitness programmes during the course of the campaign and will be posting videos updates on a weekly basis. To enter the competition, they need to send in a selfie showing themselves ‘working up a sweat’. One winner will get a package of a Carrera Crossfire 3 Hybrid Bike; Elite Magnetic Cycle Trainer; Mag Trainer DVD; Jawbone UP24; Kondor Armband; Muc-Off Cooling Towel; SiS Endurance Pack and SiS 7 Flavour. There will also be weekly winners of an SiS Endurance Pack; SiS Flavour; and a Muc-Off Cooling Towel.
