Grass Roots strengthens talent with appointment of telco expert Simon Mitchell

Grass Roots, the world's leading provider of employee and customer engagement solutions, has appointed Simon Mitchell as global account director covering the telecommunications sector. In a move towards sector-focused integrated solution selling, Mitchell's appointment bolsters the expertise which Grass Roots can offer to the telecommunications sector. He will be responsible for leading the growth of many existing clients and for seeking out new business opportunities. Previously with Google (Motorola) as head of network operators, Mitchell's experience spans over 20 years and he is well known in the telco space, having also worked for brands such as Samsung, Telefonica O2, Orange, Three, Reliance Globalcom and Vodafone Group. Other global account directors are already in place at the global Grass Roots Group, offering their experience and insight to the financial, automotive and professional services sectors.
