Motivcom motors up Sunday Times' Best 100

Sunday March 1, 2015 at 9:26pm
Motivcom, the Milton Keynes-based marketing services group which specialises in employee recognition and engagement schemes, has been named in the latest Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For list, in the medium sized businesses category. The achievement recognises outstanding levels of engagement in the organisation and relates to all three Motivcom businesses – P&MM, Allsave and AYMTM. Motivcom achieved 63rd place, up from 87th place in 2012 and its highest ever position in the prestigious list. The results were announced at a black tie event at Battersea Evolution in London last week. Motivcom executive director John Sylvester (pictured, right) and HR operations manager Sonia Jenkins collected Motivcom’s Best 100 plaque from Best Companies Ltd's CEO, Jonathan Austin (left). John Sylvester, who is also Vice Chairman of the industry trade body the Institute of Promotional Marketing, commented: "I'm really delighted that Motivcom has once again achieved a top 100 place in The Sunday Times list – it is a fantastic achievement. Great companies are made up of great people so I'd like to thank all our staff for their commitment to making this one of the best companies in the UK to work for." Motivcom's latest accolade comes hot on the heels of being awarded Best Companies 2 Star Accreditation in January 2015. The accreditation, which is based on employee feedback in Best Companies Ltd annual ‘b heard’ staff survey, follows a 'Michelin style' star rating system and recognises those organisations that treat employee engagement as an integral part of their success and growth. Motivcom operates in two key business areas: Incentives & Loyalty and Meetings & Event Management. Its clients are major blue chip corporates throughout the UK and Europe. By delivering services that positively influence the behaviour of employees, channel partners and customers, Motivcom brands help to support the growth of their clients' organisations. In November 2014 Motivcom was acquired by Sodexo Motivation Solutions UK for £41m.
