Volvic ‘Unbottle Your Unstoppable’ campaign supports Tough Mudder sponsorship

Volvic has launched an ‘Unbottle Your Unstoppable’ on-pack promotion as part of its three-year sponsorship of Tough Mudder. The on-pack promotion offers consumers the chance to win adventure holidays including surfing in Morocco, bobsledding in Norway and white-water rafting in Croatia, plus adventure breaks in the UK and experience days. There are also Tough Mudder Prize Packs, consisting of three tickets to either participate in or watch Tough Mudder events in the UK and Ireland. Finally, consumers can also win coupons for free Volvic 1l bottles, while everyone who enters will get a voucher worth £5/€5 off entry costs for Tough Mudder. Volvic signed its deal with Tough Mudder a year ago, running a ‘Have You Got the Bottle?’ 360° marketing campaign to support its first year, with a social media campaign and apop created by specialist online agency We Are Social. This year’s campaign has been created by heyhuman!, the integrated agency formerly known as Billington Cartmell. The ‘Unbottle Your Unstoppable’ campaign runs from now until May 31 2015, with one prize available to be won every hour. Consumers enter by going online to the competition website and uploading codes found on promotional Volvic bottles. The draw uses ‘winning moments’, with the consumer whose codde is entered at the right time winning and randomly getting assigned a prize from the pool. Unsuccessful entrants, or those who enter between June 1 and October 31, will go into a one-off ‘second chance’ draw where all the ‘winning moments’ prizes which were not won in the first draw will be allocated.
