Three uses experiential activation to introduce Jackson to workforce

Staff at Three were introduced to their new leader, ‘Jackson’, at the company’s three main offices recently, in an experiential activation created by Brand & Deliver. Jackson is the face of Three’s new campaign, #makeitright. The mobile phone company is claiming it will put an end to rip off charges and deliver the best value for customers, including allowing them to use mobile phones abroad at no extra cost. In order to bring Jackson to life for staff, integrated marketing agency Brand & Deliver ran a day of experiential activity in Reading, Glasgow and Maidenhead. Staff had their photos taken on green screens with Jackson, accompanied by cheerleaders and various props such as umbrellas and ice cream cones, which feature in the new TV commercials. Hayley Lawrence, head of events at Brand & Deliver, says: “We wanted to have some fun with the workforce at Three, while at the same time informing them about the company’s biggest campaign yet.” Vicki Blenkarn, head of internal communications at Three, adds: “We’re creating a movement to ensure mobile phone customers connect with Three and can see all of the things we are already doing to challenge the industry and make things right for our customers. This movement is led by Jackson and we wanted to bring him to life for our teams and have a bit of fun.” Brand & Deliver is a full service creative marketing agency delivering experiential, digital, film, design, partnerships/promotions and marketing to a range of clients from blue chips to start ups, including Samsung, Universal, IMG (Fashion Week), Ferrari, Sony Pictures, Three and HS2.
