2018 IPM Board Election Results Announced

Following recent Member driven Board elections, the IPM is pleased to announce the results.

Kim Robinson, European Marketing Services Manager at Kraft Heinz is elected, having previously served on the IPM Board. She is joined by Mike Dando, EMEA Advertising and Promotions Manager at Epson Europe and Andrew Rae Head of Promotions at specialist agency, Black Tomato.

John Sylvester, IPM Chairman, comments “I am delighted to welcome Kim, Mike and Andrew to the Board here at the IPM. All three have been great supporters and advocates of the IPM over many years and we look forward to their contribution. The industry is going through some of its most monumental changes in its history and a strong board will ensure the IPM is best placed to help its Members address the future with relevant and credible plans for 2018 and beyond.”

In addition, Jess Hargreaves, Pretty Green and Rob White, Zeal were both re-elected to the Board together with long standing Board members, Stephen Bentley, Granby Marketing and Peter Kerr of MRM.

Lucy Brackett, Head of Marketing UK & Ireland at Epson stood down from her two year tenure together with Sarah Burns, Prizeology and Mark Kimber, PIMS SCA. In addition, after 10 years’ service to the IPM Board, Sam Blunt, Global Marketing Operations Director at Quorn Foods has stepped down.

Sylvester added “I would like to thank Lucy, Sarah and Mark for their commitment, service and dedication during their time on the Board. Sam Blunt will be much missed on the Board and the IPM has benefitted from his sound opinions, support and wisdom over the last decade.”

New board appointments take effect in January 2018 and new Board directors will be welcomed at the Company’s annual AGM at 12 noon on Thursday 11th January 2018.
