ASA announcement on research into consumer understanding of reference pricing in advertising

New rules banning ads for high fat, salt and sugar products in all children’s media come into effect

Tough new rules banning ads for food and drinks high in fat, salt or sugar (HFSS) in children’s non-broadcast media come into effect on Saturday 1 July.
