Participants of the Promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

For the avoidance of doubt, this promotion is being run as an incidental lottery for non-commercial purposes and all proceeds raised will go towards CoppaFeel! a registered charity in England and Wales (1132366) and Scotland (SC045970). 

Promoter: The Institute of Promotional Marketing, 70 Margaret Street, London W1W 8SS

  1. This Promotion is open to attendees of the IPM Awards (“the Awards”) 2016 on Tuesday 14th June 2016 who are residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.  
  2. Promotional Period: Scratch cards will be available to purchase from the staffing team at the Awards during the evening of Tuesday 14th June 2016. Scratch cards can be purchased up until 22:00 on the evening.
  3. How to enter: 
  4. Entrants must purchase a scratch card from the staffing team at the Awards to be in with a chance of winning. Each scratch card is £20 to purchase and all proceeds will go towards Coppafeel! Multiple purchases of scratch cards are permitted.
  5. Entrants should scratch off the silver panel on their scratch card to reveal a 4 digit game code.
  6. During the evening, the host will announce a series of numbers. Entrants should listen carefully to the announcement and check whether their code includes the numbers announced by the host. There will be three stages of elimination - If a number announced corresponds with a number on the entrants’ card, the entrant will be eliminated from the game. d.      On the third elimination round, all remaining entrants will be invited on to stage. On the final round, the number announced by the host will determine the three winners and the three winners will take part in a True or False Round. Each finalist will be given a card with True or False written on it.  They must show the answer to the question once asked – the winner will be the person who shows the correct answer first.  The host’s decision is final.

In the event that a winner does not make themselves known to the host, the final entrants in the third elimination round will be invited to participate in another opportunity for a chance of taking a winning spot. All participants at this point will be asked to mark their initials on their scratch cards, all cards will be placed into a hat and one will be drawn by the host to find the finalist. Prizes:
  8. There are 3 prizes available to be won- a)Top Prize - Marrakech for two: The prize consists of a two night break to Marrakech for 2 people. The prize includes return standard class flights to Marrakech from London. The 2 night accommodation will be at the 4 Star Fellah Hotel in Marrakech and will include breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The winner is able to add additional nights to their stay should they wish for an additional cost rate change. The winner and their chosen guest will be responsible for travel to and from the departure station and all other personal expenses. Hot Air Balloon: This activity is subject to the Terms & Conditions of the managing party. Specific rules, regulations and restrictions may apply and it is up to the winner to confirm the booking the day before the event and to adhere to the specific Terms & Conditions (such as adverse weather conditions or weight, height and age limits.) The Medina Tour: This activity last approximately 3 hours. Travel is available for one year after the winner has been notified (subject to availability) but excludes Christmas and New Year (19th December 2016 – 7th January 2017), and Bank Holiday periods and once booked cannot be amended. The prize winner must provide 6 weeks’ notice before their preferred departure date. At least one of the travelling party must be 18 years of age or older. If the winner is under the age of 18 years old, they must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 years of age or older.  Additionally, guests below the age of 16 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. All products are subject to availability at the time of booking.   b )Espionage Experience  The prize consists of an espionage experience in London. This experience is valid for redemption within 6 months from the date of issue. Please book at least 6 weeks in advance to allow ample time for your story's preparation. This experience is not cancellable once booked, unless agreed upon by the company. At least one of the travelling party must be 18 years of age or older. If the winner is under the age of 18 years old, they must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 years of age or older. Additionally, guests below the age of 16 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.  All products are subject to availability at the time of booking. Terms and Conditions of the carriers apply.   c)Forest Holiday Break  The prize consists of £500 to spend on a Forest holidays experience. The winner and their chosen guest will be responsible for travel to and from the departure station and all other personal expenses. Travel is available for 6 months after the winner has been notified but excludes excluding School and Bank Holidays Christmas and once booked cannot be amended. The winner agrees to be contacted by Forest Holidays in order to arrange their prize, which is to be redeemed within 6 months of the winner being announced. The prize winner must provide 6 weeks’ notice before their preferred departure date. At least one of the travelling party must be 18 years of age or older. If you (as the winner) are under the age of 18 years old, you must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 years of age or older. Additionally, guests below the age of 16 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. All experiences are subject to availability at the time of booking.

  10. All prizes and rewards are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize or reward (as applicable) of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.  Winner Selection:  See clause 4 above regarding selection of winners.

Winner Notification: The winners will be announced at the Awards ceremony on Tuesday 14th June 2016.  General: Winner publication:   The full name and county of the confirmed winners will be available at www.winners-list.co.uk for three months following the closing date. The winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this promotion with no further recompense. 
  13. Data Protection: the Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
  14. Promoter’s Privacy Policy-   http://www.theipm.org.uk/information/privacy-policy.aspx The decision of the Promoter is final in relation to all promotional matters. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion.  If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the competition or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  15. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

How to participate:  a.       In order to play the Bra Pong game, players can purchase a go for £5 which will go towards Coppafeel! b.      The host of the game will collect the player’s email address for the purpose of the score sheet and in order to notify them if they are the winner. c.       Each go purchased will entitle the player to 6 rounds. The aim of the game is to get as many ping pong balls in to the bra holes as possible.  
  4. Winner Selection: The first player to get the most points will win the prize set out at clause  Winner Notification: Winners will be notified on the Awards night if possible or otherwise notified by email within 7 working days of the Awards. If a winner is not contactable or fails to respond to initial winner notification within 28 days from the date of the initial notification, the prize may be reallocated to the second highest scoring player.
  5. Prize: There is one £100 shopping voucher to be won.
