Butterkist - Win £1m of movie prizes fixed fee activity case study from the IPM COGS Awards 2014


Tangerine Confectionery looked to run an on-pack prize promotion for Butterkist popcorn; with a £1m consumer prize fund alongside a MONP e-coupon element, they wanted to protect and maximize its budget. Understandably concerned about the elasticity of overall campaign costs, Tangerine turned to PIMS-SCA, who reviewed the campaign and delivered Fixed Fee protection, covering the financial risk of the prize fund and all redemptions, as well as providing total management of promotional services from start to finish. The campaign was a great success with over 75,000 competition entries and over 44,000 MONP e-coupon claims and redemptions of almost 12%; all of which were covered within the Fixed Fee protection arranged by PIMS-SCA.
