Kenco Rewards case study from the IPM COGS 2014
Hive recently proposed and delivered a major innovation for Kenco Rewards. To comply with Mondelez data storage policy, Hive have developed a business-to-business API that enables the Hive platform to run Kenco Rewards without holding any personally identifiable user data. This includes a new interface that allows Customer Service team to access user information, history and transactional data in real time via a unique identifier and SSL. This activity forms part of a joint strategy with creative agency, Proximity, to take over the loss-making Kenco Rewards scheme and significantly improve Mondelez’s ROI.
