Sony PLAYSTATION® 4 BOARDING CARD COMPETITION
PLAYSTATION EGX 2016 PLAYSTATION® 4 BOARDING CARD COMPETITION
This promotion is open to attendees of EGX in Birmingham’s NEC, London aged 11 or over, attending the PlayStation stand – S10 – (entrants must attend the location in person to enter the competition). Employees and their immediate families of, or anyone professionally connected to, Sony PlayStation, Circle Agency Ltd and staff at the event are excluded from participation.
Participants under 16 years of age will require parental or guardian’s consent to participate and to receive any prize.
No purchase necessary. Limited to one entry per person per day. Acceptance of these terms & conditions is a condition of entry.
: 10:00-18:00 on Thursday 22nd September & Friday 23rd September 10:00 –19:00 Saturday 24th September – Sunday 25th September 2016
The promotion applies to game play of any of the titles available on the PlayStation 4 console, located in the PlayStation stand (S10) only.
Within the promotion participants will need to go to the check-in desk on the stand and collect a boarding card. They then need to play 5 different games on the PlayStation 4 console. Once they have played on 1 title the staff member on site will stamp their boarding card (with a PlayStation branded stamp only).
Once the participant has collected 5 stamps on their loyalty card from different games they can enter their details on the back of the card: Name, Contact Number and Email Address
Everyone who completes a boarding card with 5 stamps will be rewarded with a PS4 branded lanyard and PlayStation
There will be one (1) overall Prize Winner that will be randomly selected and the decision is final. 1
: A PlayStation VR headset (on its release on 13th October)
The Winner will be notified by a PlayStation representative either via telephone or email using the details from their Boarding Card, within 10 days after the draw closes. The prize will be delivered 60 days thereafter.
Winners must claim their prize within 28 days of the initial notification. All claims thereafter are void and will not be honoured. Winners do not have a choice of prize; they can only accept the specific prize offered to them, according to the competition won. There is no cash alternative to the stated prizes.
The decision of the promotional personnel is final and binding; no further correspondence can or will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify entrants or disallow from playing whom it considers do not comply with these terms & conditions or has interfered with the fair running of this competition. No responsibility is accepted for game scores lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
The Promoter does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the game for entry. Numerous factors outside of the control of the Promoter may interfere with the operation of the game. To the extent permissible by law the Promoter exclude all implied warranties, conditions and other implied terms.
Prizes are awarded subject to availability. If due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, a prize has to be changed at any time, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize similar in quality and value. The Promoter will not be liable for any cancellations, alterations or modifications to the prize for any reason which falls outside its reasonable control.
Entrants may be required to participate in publicity arising from the award of a prize.
All entrants must provide their personal details; name and class. These details will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion and for any other purposes to which the consumer has consented. They will not be passed on to any third parties for marketing purposes. If full details or incorrect details are given this may invalidate your entry to the competition.

For a copy of the winners post event (names and counties) please send a letter to Boarding Card EGX Competition, Circle Agency, Unit 10, The Aquarium, 1-7 King Street, Reading, RG1 2AN. The letter should enclose a self addressed stamp envelope so the names can be sent back. Must be received within 28 days of the closing date.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
