Sony Playstation 4 PES 17 Tournament
PLAYSTATION EGX 2016 PLAYSTATION® 4 PES 17 TOURNAMENT
This competition is open to attendees of EGX 2016 in Birmingham’s NEC, London aged 11 or over, attending the PlayStation stand – S10 – (entrants must attend the location in person to enter the competition). Employees and their immediate families of, or anyone professionally connected to, Sony PlayStation, Konami, Circle Agency Ltd and staff at the event are excluded from participation.
Participants under 16 years of age will require parental or their guardian's consent to participate and to receive any prize.
No purchase necessary. Acceptance of these terms & conditions is a condition of entry.
Competition Timing: From 13:30 – 14:00 on Thursday 22nd September 2016
The competition applies to game play of PES 17 game on the PlayStation 4 console, located on the PlayStation stage at EGX
To enter: Before the competition starts, 4 participants will be picked at random by independent personnel to take part. Should for whatever reason that person declines, they will pick another until the 4 slots have been filled
The Main Prize Winner of each tournament will be the participant who reaches and wins the Final of the tournament, having won through the semi-final and final match. In the starting round it is 2 v 2 of the total 4 players. The winner from each of these will proceed through to the final leaving 2 finalists.
: There will be one x Main Prize Winner who will win 1 x promotional copy, 1 x T-shirt, and 2 x Champions League tickets. The winner will be able to choose which UK football club (Celtic, Leicester, Arsenal, Tottenham or Manchester City) they would like tickets to see, PlayStation will then send tickets out for one their upcoming games.
The t-shirt prize is to be claimed from the PlayStation representative on the stand at the end of the tournament. All claims thereafter are void and will not be honoured. Prizes will be allocated by the PlayStation representative on the stand.
Contact Details (contact name, number and email address) will need to be provided to contact post event about the delivery of prize 10. Winners do not have a choice of prize; they can only accept the specific prize offered to them, according to the tournament won. There is no cash alternative to the stated prizes.
The decision of the Promoter is final and binding; no further correspondence can or will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify entrants or disallow from playing whom it considers do not comply with these terms & conditions or has interfered with the fair running of this competition. No responsibility is accepted for game scores lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
The Promoter does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the game for entry. Numerous factors outside of the control of the Promoter may interfere with the operation of the game. To the extent permissible by law the Promoter exclude all implied warranties, conditions and other implied terms.
Prizes are awarded subject to availability. If due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, a prize has to be changed at any time, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize similar in quality and value. The Promoter will not be liable for any cancellations, alterations or modifications to the prize for any reason which falls outside its reasonable control.
Entrants may be required to participate in publicity arising from the award of a prize. This may include the use of their personal details including name and age. For a copy of the winners post event (names and counties) please send a letter to 4 PES 17 Tournament EGX Competition Circle Agency, Unit 10, The Aquarium, 1-7 King Street, Reading, RG1 2AN. The letter should enclose a self-addressed stamp envelope so the names can be sent back. Must be received within 28 days of the closing date.

If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
